I miss my parents. I know you guys don't even know that my parents are away for three months. Yes, they are overseas and they left me all alone.

It's been a week now. And I'm going crazy being left alone with no one to talk about and nothing to eat.

Although my mum cooked shitloads of food before they left, I've never been at home to enjoy the food anyway.

I only get the chance to eat the food when I don't have to work in the morning.

I do my washing now. Can you believe it?

I clean the house and wash my clothes too!

Oh my god! I think my parents just enrolled me to crash course domestic life 101.


I've shortlisted my friends

Work had been my life these past couple of months.

Yes, that's what my life is; work and Emmet.

I hardly ever get to see my friends. It's hard enough trying to organise to meet up with them. But please, spare me the showing off and the "yeah, my boyfriend and I went to Melbourne to watch the Australian Open and yeah, we're so happy together and the house is awesome.. "

Yeah, you know who you are.

I so do not need that right now.

I told myself I'd surround myself with positive people this year.

I don't need people bringin me down and most especially I do not need people telling me my life is shit and theirs is so so so much better.

So I've shortlisted my friends. I want happy, fun and positive people.

So far, Amber, Iris and Emmet were the only people who made the cut.
