An overdue Dreamworld Post

It's meant to be posted weeks ago, but I just found the time now.

Aussie, Amber, Bernie, and I were bored one day.

So we decided to go to Dreamworld.

We hopped into Amber's car and drove towards the theme park.

Once there, the adventure began.

We ran towards the plastic clown sitting on a bench and took photos.

Since we all are camera whores, we went absolutely crazy.

We didn't know which ride to go first so we went on the first thrill ride we saw.

The Claw.

Warning, don't get on this ride with a full stomache, have pity on the people watching you.

The Claw swings back and forth while spinning really fast. You can see the world upside down.

I loved it. It was fun. I was screaming my head off. I forgot what it was like to be a kid. I've been a grown up for a long time I forgot how uncomplicated things were when I was a kid. My only problem back then was how to eat an ice cream without my mum punishing me for it.

I saw my legs swinging crazily and I was laughing and screaming at the same time. It was exhilirating. It really really was.

After a while, we decided to ride The Cyclone.

There was a lot of people waiting. So we decided to kill time by taking more pictures.

We had a good laugh because one of the park attendants left some sort of bat at the entrance of the cyclone and one guy didn't see it and ended up tripping on it falling flat on his face. He tried getting up but he couldn't. Everyone saw it and started laughing. But we laughed the hardest. It was hilarious.

The Cyclone is similar to Space Shuttle [the one from Enchanted Kingdom]. It has three loops and it goes really fast. It was fun but nothing compared to The Claw.

The park was so big.

There was a Tiger Island.

In case you didn't get that. Here's another photo.

Of course there were tigers. Err... most of them were asleep so there was only one awake. I was scared for this ranger standing so close to this huge cat.

After watching the tiger do nothing, we decided to go to the other side of the park. But since we were lazy to walk from one side to the other, we took the mini train to bring us there.

The timetable said to wait for twenty minutes. Great, it gave us the chance to smoke and chase this pretty peacock.

Once the train arrived, guess what we did?

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Yep. What else?

Image hosted by Photobucket.com

You're no longer surprise are you?

We got off the train and decided to ride the Log Ride.

It was fun, of course.

But Amber didn't like getting wet.

But we still wanted to have another go at it.

So Amber agreed to take photos of us while we go for the second time.

She took a lot of nice photos.

See what I mean?

I told you.

Aussie and I had to give her a hug for a job well done.

After drying ourselves off, we decided to eat. It was past noon and we were hungry.

But not without a photo first.

We ate at the Big Brother Cafe. There was an hour and a half wait for our food. But it was alright. We enjoyed the company so much we didn't mind one bit.

After lunch, we decided to go to Water Rafting. The line was long and we were too lazy to pose so I entertained my beloved friends by singing Scars by Papa Roach. Amber begged me to shut up and luckily, our turn was up.

Stick your tongue out, fella.

If only we were the only ones on our float. But now, one lady had to ruin the fun and joined us.

Kidding. She was lovely.

After the ride, we decided to be brave and ride the Giant Drop. It was the best ride. It brings you so high up in the air and drops you really fast. I chickened out.

So did Aussie.

After a while though they convinced me to ride the Giant Drop.

I was glad I felt the ground aftger that. You literally have to stop screaming to take in a breath and then scream again. Too bad we didn't have any photos.

Oh, did I mention we ran into Spongebob?

I thought we weren't gona see him so we just took a photo next to a big picture of him.

But then the real Spongebob showed up. We were embarassed to take a photo with him so we just take one OF him.

Since the adrenalin from going on the Giant Drop hadn't subsided yet, guess what we did?

Hahaha! Let me out!

The day was good. I loved it. Especially going with good friends.

We promise to go to Movieworld next.
