I miss my relatives in Manila

It was my Nan's birthday on the 10th August and they had a birthday celebration last night at Ate Karen's house in Alabang.

After work, I logged on to Yahoo and chatted with everyone. All my cousins were there. My aunties and uncles. Soleil and her hubby.

Sheiy and Mabel. Everyone.

But my Nan was the guest of honor. She sat in front of the computer. Just sitting there so we could see her via webcam. She could see us too but she had to squint for her to be able to see closely.

It was such a big thing. Her turning 94 and everything. She said that she wished we were there.

We wished it too.

But unfortunately, life gets in the way. I could no longer afford to go on superlong holidays that I've been accustomed to. I could only go for a month - tops.

But I'm keen to go back to Manila for holiday. I have the money for an awesome holiday but I haven't got the time.

How sad is that.

I want to see my Lola soon, though.
